In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall deemed to be served from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all puposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated, by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

• In the Adopt a Tree plan one can adopt a tree and take the liability of its maintenance and growth. By being a part of this plan one can not only adopt a tree and help the nature but also earn money by making more members join under them. Beside this, here members will also receive a Adoption Point (AP) which they can use to adopt a tree, pay the maintenance charge of an adopted tree, pay donation amount at the time of up-gradation or at new joining
• The Up Liner must have to activate his/her Downline Members within 48 hours of Joining of Members.
• For PHONEPE Payment, UTR ID Number and upload the Proper Receipt of Payment for Quick Approval.
• For PAYTM Payment, write down in Check Box the FULL ORDER ID Number and upload the Proper Receipt of Payment for Quick Approval.
• In case of PAYU Gateway Payment, Only PAYU Payment SMS/ Mail will be acceptable.
• All Members must have to lodge his/her Editing Problem in Complain Box Option from His/Her Dashboard Account.
• Complain will be solved within 24-48 Hours of Complain Registration.
• All Members have to pay the Tree Adoption Fees directly to Maskin Welfare Foundation only.
• All the next level fees must be paid to your respective Up-liner. Only the donation amount will be paid to the Foundation.
